Thank you for supporting Agape Community Marketplace and Agape Sober Homes Inc.

Due to the charitable and digital nature of many marketplace purchases, most sales are considered final. Many products offered through our marketplace are donated gift certificates, digital products, promotional offers, memberships, or community fundraising items.

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for:

• Duplicate purchases

• Technical delivery issues

• Invalid or unusable digital products

• Billing errors

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Agape Sober Homes Inc.

Gift certificates, digital products, promotional offers, and marketplace credits are generally:

• Non-refundable

• Transferable unless otherwise stated

• Not redeemable for cash
